Cheese Bread

7/52
Okay, so I got this recipe from a reader’s suggestion. When the lovely blogger from Explodyfull told me about it, ummmmm hello! Cheese. Bread. Done. It also helped that I already had 85% of the ingredients in my apartment already.

Since I don’t usually buy anything (never) out of the ordinary I will assume that all of you have all or at least most of what it takes to make this bread.

Before I forget here is the recipe. I linked Explodyfull’s post about it, since she has wonderful pictures and a great story, but from there you can find the recipe she used..
Which I also used.

Now, both of them are correct in the following statements, and I will third the motion.  It does not stay fresh long! About 24 hours and that’s it. So, if you live alone and don’t want to live with the knowledge that you ate a whole loaf of bread in one day (which you will because it is that good!) then make it when you will at least have one person, but not more than four because then you’ll probably jump someone over the table getting that last piece.

Not saying I did… But, I’m not saying I didn’t.

Make it. You won’t regret it. Bonus, your house will smell like cheese bread. So, if that’s not a happy Monday for you, well, it is now, so, you’re welcome.

About bridgiskor

Hey all, Thanks for stopping by. This blog will be about my little life, with my dog Yoshi. I am trying to chronicle my adult life living in San Antonio Texas as a mid-twenty something. I love running, cooking, going out and exploring (in the city and outdoors), and coffee, so more than likely this blog will have a pretty diverse input. Though most importantly I want to emphasize a healthy (and still fun) lifestyle, dog included! I got Yoshi in September of 2011 and it was love at first site, I'll make sure to write a post about our little bow-wow-mance, until then look around and I hope you enjoy the escapades of riding along with a work-in-progress, meaning my life.

Thanks for reading! I need to upgrade my camera, and hopefully the pictures will keep getting better :)
